The country is currently facing a massive outbreak of the Coronavirus’ second wave. With deaths in record numbers on a daily basis and the lack of oxygen supply and medical facilities have only made things very difficult for the citizens to survive. Celebrities have been using their social media outreach to gather as many resources as possible and now, Varun Dhawan has taken another step to help out the citizens.
As the country goes through a rough phase due to the second wave of COVID-19, Varun Dhawan partners with Mission Oxygen India. After extending his support last year through various initiatives, the actor now contributes to help fund the requirement of oxygen and make available oxygen concentrators to hospitals across the country through this initiative. He reveals that the first shipment has already reached India and has been deployed at 14 hospitals.
