Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been going through a very rough phase in her personal life. The actress’s husband and business tycoon Raj Kundra has been arrested by the Mumbai police for having involvement in a pornographic case. Post Raj’s arrest, the actress took a month-long break from work and was spending time with her family and children.
But keeping everything aside and not letting work get affected, Shilpa came back to the sets of Super Dancer: Chapter 4 where she is a judge along with Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu. She’s been also an active social media influencer and apart from sharing glamorous pictures she also posts some insightful and valuable content. Recently in an Instagram post, the actress wrote a note which truly describes the battle of her life. Shilpa tried explaining to the people to not bask in the glory while achieving success and also to not lose hope while having tough days.
Sharing the graphical picture of herself sitting in a meditating pose Shilpa wrote, “Our thoughts hold unfathomable powers that shape our approach towards life. How we handle our successes or deal with our failures is all in the mind. Does an achievement change the way you think and interact with others? Or does a setback tell you that it is the end of the road for you? If you can control your mind and your thoughts even when you’re experiencing these extreme emotions, then you can define the world that you live in every day. Don’t let the high of a success or the sadness from setbacks engulf you. LIVE IN THE NOW, EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY… EVEN YOU.”
